Maple Terrace High Rise

The Maple Terrace High Rise development is operated to provide housing to
the elderly, near elderly and disabled. This 100 unit building offers one bedroom apartments.
An on-site Senior Nutrition Center provides hot meals for the residents while also
providing for social interaction and physical activities such as chair volleyball
and weekly trips to the bowling alley. A very active resident council provides monthly
activities and events which the residents may choose to participate in. |

On-Site laundry facilities are available to the residents as well as a computer
lab, hair salon, activity room and pool tables. Each room is also equipped with
an alarm system for residents to activate if they require medical assistance. A
caretaker is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist residents when needed. |
