The YES Program was established in
2001 to help youths become self sufficient by providing services such as vocational
training, supportive services and transportation. We provide help in referral to; community agencies for
education, child care, mental health, and housing. |
Participants must have the following to become applicants:
- 16 to 21 years old
- Out of School - Drop out, Graduated High School or Working on GED
- Low Income
- Unemployed
- In need of basic work skills
- Live in Muskingum County
- IEP
- In Foster Care

This program has successfully assisted youth
in obtaining employment, STNA Training, General Education Diploma (GED), help with enrollment to college, and
recieving a high school diploma. Participants have gone on to work at local Hospitals,
Home care facilities, Nursing Homes, Housing Department, and working as maintenance
personel. |
